This page evolved from a class in Web Publishing at Palomar College where we learned to create Web sites with inexpensive, but effective, tools. With an investment that was smaller than the one most students make on a single college textbook, we obtained a good reference book, HTML for the World Wide Web, by Elizabeth Castro, and enough free or inexpenisve software to create some awesome sites. Our site includes information on how to obtain these tools, information about Web publishing, and many important links.
